If you haven’t already consulted with an expert about the steps you should take when bankruptcy is imminent—we suspect that’s why you’re on our website. But you should also consider talking with your family doctor who might recommend a therapist or mental health professional who can support you emotionally through this difficult time. Your counsel will understand if you might not be able to afford those services at a time like this and advise you accordingly.
